The 5×5 program adaptation is a training program aimed at increasing muscle mass.

The program adaption is necessary because the goal of body building is to shape the body. The exercises that were used in the “old” 5×5 programs are good for increasing strength, but not for body shaping. For this reason, I have replaced some exercises with exercises that will lead to an athletically and aesthetically shaped body in a faster and more efficient way.

For a large number of people who exercise, the challenge is to gain muscle mass. The reason not everyone succeeds in this is the wrong plan and implementation of the training process, insufficient intake of calories from quality sources of proteins, carbohydrates and fats, and insufficient rest.

The adaptation of the 5×5 training is a well-balanced training program that leads to strong muscle stimulation during training, provides enough days for rest, and with a properly designed diet and enough sleep, leads to an increase in the much-desired muscle mass, without exception.
