This is a training program for people with a mesomorphic physique with over nine
months of weight training experience.
You should train in the rhythm of two training sessions – rest – one training session
– rest.
This training consists of exercises made to develop all parts of the muscle, with
series of a larger volume than for ectomorphs, and the repetitions are in the range
of hypertrophy training.
There are five training sessions a week and the same muscle group repeats every
sixth day.
