This eight-week training and diet program aims to show you how you can lose weight. Eight weeks is not a long period, and during it you can certainly adapt your lifestyle to the tasks required for the implementation of this program. After the 8 weeks, continue the weight loss process until you are satisfied with your progress (I do not recommend more than sixteen weeks) or train to build lean muscle mass.

This program contains a training program that you do four times a week, and its goal is to keep as much of your muscles as possible, because restrictive diets very often cause a loss of muscle mass. The program is interesting and intense because the breaks between series are short.

The diet program consists of two phases. In the first phase, you reduce carbohydrates a little, which aims to start the process of weight loss, and in the second phase, you reduce carbohydrates a lot, and that’s where the pounds go down quickly. The purpose of cardio is to enhance the effects of a low-carbohydrate diet.

By looking at the fat burner, I will show the ingredients of effective fat burners, and in the chapter with exercises, the method of performing the exercises used in this program will be explained.
